Wreaths Laid by China-DPRK Friendly Visiting Group
Pyongyang, August 5 (KCNA) -- The China-DPRK friendly visiting group led by Xin Qi, vice-president of the China Association for International Friendly Contact, on a visit to the DPRK Thursday laid a wreath before the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt. Taesong on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the entry of the Chinese People's Volunteers into the Korean front.
The members of the visiting group observed a moment's silence in memory of the revolutionary martyrs who devoted themselves to the country's liberation and its prosperity and the accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche under the guidance of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.
They placed bunches of flowers before the bust of anti-Japanese heroine Kim Jong Suk and paid silent tribute to her.
They laid a wreath before the Friendship Tower on the same day.
