Gross abuse of the military in conjunction with the 49th IB alongside with crimes of its staff that was in the news recently such as drug pushing, robbery / holdup and rape. Indeed, in a case of rape involves itself one of the speakers that the PFC Hamandre Flores alias "Ryan Alexis Flores"And the victim is a minor. Worse was that Flores harassed the family of the victim. He accused of Child Trafficking the mother of the victim and other forms of intimidation and harassment. But the victim's family stood to pursue the complaint. Not sure just now what the consequences of continuing the case because of the transaction, deception and intimidation of 49th IB to the victims. It was also being done against the family of the victims of state terrorism in San Juan Daan, Bulan.
So what to expect of the people in Sorsogon and Oplan Bayanihan Philippine community in if it will implement the AFP is the gunpowder-minded and pirate like Reyes, robbers Garcia and Ligot and Lagata, the pusher and rapist Gabino Flores ?
The incident reveals that the "Oplan Bayanihan" of the US-Aquino regime is no different from Oplan Bantay Laya and other Oplan of reactionary and puppet regimes in the past. Given only its new and more fancy mask the continuing brutal repression against armed resistance and mass struggles of the people. Aquino's "Oplan Bayanihan" have higher levels of psywar or dishonesty such as the Philippine community in the use of LGUs, support disaster assistance and livelihood projects. It tries its lip gloss approaches like "Whole Nation Approach", "Achieving peace" and "respect for human rights."
