Korean aid in midst of angst
These articles shown how Juche Korea tried enough in midst of the crisis to help the Japanese victims help themselves all despite the past conflicts between them. We've noticed much that despite Japan having occupied Korea, repressed its people until being liberated by the Korean People's Army. The angst laid upon by the Koreans doesn't mean that they would never support the victims of a tragedy greater then the past.

Relief Fund to Quake-hit Japan from DPRK
Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the DPRK Red Cross Society sent relief fund of 100 000 U.S. dollars to the Japan Red Cross Society as regards the recent killer quake that hit this country, causing heavy human and material losses.
It expressed deep sympathy to the victims of the earthquake and the bereaved families.
