Idea of "Jiwon" (Aim High) Praised



Pyongyang, March 18 (KCNA) -- The Uruguayan paper La Juventud carried an article titled "The DPRK, idea of ′Jiwon′ (Aim High)" on March 13. It carried a photo of Kim Hyong Jik, an indomitable revolutionary fighter and outstanding leader of the anti-Japanese national liberation movement in Korea.

The paper in an article said:

Kim Hyong Jik advanced "Aim High" the core of which is that "if I fall in battle, my son will continue the fight. And if my son fails to accomplish the cause, my grandson will carry it on until we win the country′s independence".

He played the pioneer′s role in changing the course of the anti-Japanese national liberation movement in Korea from the nationalist movement to the proletarian revolution.

President Kim Il Sung carried forward and developed the idea of "Aim High" and carved out the new road of the Korean revolution, the article said, elaborating on his feats for Korea′s liberation.

The idea of "Aim High" is shining more brightly thanks to the leadership of Kim Jong Il, it said, adding:

This idea will shine forever with prosperous socialist Korea.
