Punishement of NPA against the pro-mining and fascist 9 IBPA in Masbate*

The New People's Army, under the Masbate Provincial Command (Jose Rapsing Command) are continuously fighting against the 9th IB of the Philippine Army. The 9th IBPA are unstoppable in harassing and spreading fear against the people of Aroroy and Mandanon, Masbate in pursuit of paving way of mining operations of Filminera Resources Corporation in that area.
From February 1, the Fascist troops of the 9th IBPA started its operations in Barangays Aroroy and Mandanon. They didn't respect the Ceasefire operations last February 15-21.
The people of Aroroy and Mandanon requested the NPA to punish the Fascist 9th IBPA. The NPA-JRC thoroughly responded the request laid by the people.
On March 5, a team of NPA-JRC launched a harassment operation against the forces of the 9th IB launches "special operations" in Barangay Managanaga, Aroroy, Masbate.
On February 25, a team of NPA-JRC launched a harassment operation against the forces of the 9th IB launched the "SOT" in Barangay Macabug, Aroroy.
On February 4, NPA attacked a unit of the 9th IB launching a "clearing operations" in Barangay Macabug, Aroroy. At the same time, attacked troops of the 9th IB rendering of "clearing operations" in Barangay Amutag, Aroroy.
NPA-JRC is ready to launch bigger and more heavy blows against the 9th IBPA whether to continue its atrocities on the people of Masbate. Thorough NPA-JRC supports the actions of the people against fascism by 9th IBPA and against the entry of mining operations on the island.
