Holdupers of 2nd IB in Albay punished by the NPA

A Unit of the New People's Army-Santos Binamera Command implemented the death sentence to Jeffrey Nerveza of Brgy. Del Rosario, Camalig, Albay and Sandy Lozano Brgy. Predator, Camalig, Albay on February 28 by the People's Court.
Based from the complaints filed by citizens, and thorough analysis and investigation of the People's Court, found guilty of serious crime and counter-revolutionary activities were Nerveza, Lozano and other members of this group have not yet caught. Nerveza and Lozano He is actively involved in series of crimes conducted by the hold-up gang formed and led by the Philippine Army's 2nd IB based in Brgy. Taplacon, Camalig, Albay. Only some of the crimes they are direct participants as follows:
1. The hold-up at Anselma Murillo's house in Brgy. Del Rosario, Camalig on December 28, 2010.
2. Murillo-rape with Emelita Canaveral on December 28, 2010.
2. Killing of Danny Balala, Barangay Tanod of Brgy. Panoypoy, Camalig on February 11, 2011.
3. The hold-up in the house of Kgwd. Lourdes Lotino in Brgy. Panoypoy, Camalig on October 16, 2010
4. Failed hold-up with Isidro Murillo at Brgy. Panoypoy, Camalig on February 7, 2011
(Balala was killed by the group because of doubt involving the disclosure of the attempt in order not to succeed the hold-up plan against Isidro Murillo. Barotea Domingo of Brgy. Panoypoy, Camalig surrendered and claimed responsibility for the killing of Balala was innocent of the crime. Surrendered and was only admitted Barotea the case because the command and threat of troops.)
Their group includes three (3) members of the barangay intelligence network (BIN) from the village and close to five (5) regular members of the 2nd Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army based in detachment in Brgy. Taplacon, Camalig led by a Sgt. Castillo. The main target group are suspected by the AFP forces of supporting the revolutionary movement.
The hold-up gang of Nerveza and Lozano were started when being recruited as members of the Barangay Intelligence Network by the elements of the 2nd IB PA upon launching an RSOT in the barrio. The 3 members of the Philippine Army are known as "To", "Dong", and "Jo" as the handler, leader and supplier of guns for attacking their targets. The 3 BIN members wre promised to have their shares from their actions and automatically becoming CAFGUs if unveiled.
This hold-up operation in the town of Camalig, Albay is no different from the similar operations in other areas in the Bicol region. This kind of group are controlled by the AFP and being used for their plans involving invoking fear in guerrilla zones in order to tell that there is no order from the revolutionary forces to the people, to have additional profits from the military officials, and to create crimes "to be blamed" on the NPA. This group is a type of psychological operation within the Oplan Bayanihan of the AFP.
The Santos Binamera Command of the New People's Army in Albay is calling all people to be vigilant against the moves of the AFP forces in every area for they themselves created a scene invoking fear against the people. We also calling us to act together to fend off the notorious 2nd IB based in Brgy. Taplacon, Camalig to have peace in the area. We are also calling on parents to refrain their children and family from dealing with the soldiers because they only pull its criminality. Also, the SBC-NPA grateful to the people to continue to support the revolution.
