U.S. Invariable Scenario for Invading DPRK Assailed-KCNA

U.S. Invariable Scenario for Invading DPRK Assailed

Pyongyang, November 16 (KCNA) -- A spokesman for the U.S. Defense Department declared recently that U.S.-south Korea joint military maneuvers would be staged in the West Sea of Korea with the super-large nuclear carrier George Washington involved. Later the U.S. secretary of Defense and the chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff announced that the U.S. would conduct joint military exercises with the south Korean puppet forces in the West Sea of Korea at any cost.

Minju Joson Tuesday observes in a signed commentary in this regard: Such outbursts let loose by the American warmongers are a grave challenge to the Korean people and the international community desirous of peace as they revealed the U.S. invariable hostile policy towards the DPRK and its wild ambition for invading it.

It is the unchangeable scenario of the U.S. to stifle the DPRK by force of arms, the commentary notes, and goes on:

The U.S. imperialists seek to ignite an all-out war with a surprise preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK as a prelude, while staging large-scale war exercises with aggression armed forces involved. It is prompted by this aim that the U.S. is contemplating bringing George Washington to the projected saber-rattling.

Lurking behind it is also a sinister aim to militarily pressurize and contain other powers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Such reckless moves of the U.S. for a war of aggression cannot be construed otherwise than anachronistic actions as they will disturb the peace and stability of not only the Korean Peninsula but also Northeast Asia and the rest of the world and spark off a new Cold War.

The U.S. would be well advised to drop its daydream to realize its scenario for aggression on the DPRK by force of arms.
