Talks between Military Delegations of DPRK and Cuba Held
Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- Talks between the military delegations of the DPRK and Cuba took place in Havana on Nov. 3.
Present there from the DPRK side were members of the DPRK military delegation led by Vice Marshal of the Korean People's Army Ri Yong Ho, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea and chief of the General Staff of the KPA, Kwon Sung Chol, DPRK ambassador to Cuba, and the military attache of his embassy and from the Cuban side Alvaro Lopez Miera, vice-minister of Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba who doubles as chief of the General Staff of Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba, and officials of the ministry and the General Staff of Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba.
At the talks both sides informed each other of the situation of their countries and exchanged views on the issue of boosting the friendly relations between the two armies and peoples and reached a consensus on the matters discussed.
