Beloved comrades, friends and the rest of the audience in the celebration of the 42nd Anniversary of the Communist Party of the Philippines,
A warm, revolutionary greetings to all! We, the National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDFP) Negotiating Panel are proudly left-fisted, saluting to the leaders and members of the Communist Party of the Philippines and to sympathize to your celbration of the 42th founding Anniversary of Communist Party of the Philippines.
With you all, we recall the martyrs and heroes who sacrificed their lives for the revolutionary movement and to the people. The life they offered gives strength to advance our revolutionary struggle.
We congratulate you, comrades, for the successes you have achieved - the victory in the agrarian revolution, the establishment and strengthening of various community organizations, establishment and strengthening of the organs of political power, providing education and revolutionary implementing literacy programs. We also congratulate you on success in medical work, cultural and self-defense.
We also recognize your victories in giving humane treatment to the Prisoners of War (PoW) according to ther ules of the Democratic People's Government, the Rules of the New Peoples Army and the Comprehensive Agreement on Respect for Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (CARHRIHL).
These essential successes, including the including the practice of safe and orderly release of the Prisoners of War validates that our revolutionary movement is strictly following the rules and principles of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law.
In conducting Peace Negotiations, we need all your suggestions in order to offer the rigorous demands of the masses. Also, we continue to insist on the release of NDFP Consultants, Comrade Angelina Co Ipong, Comrade Maria Luisa Pucray, and other NDFP Consultants and political prisoners.
Based on experiences, we are sure that your celebration, and celebrations in various areas of our country will be successful and provide further inspiration and strength to all of us to advance into higher levels of our revolutionary struggle in subsequent years.
