Kim Il Sung's Feats Lauded by British Organizations
Pyongyang, July 15 (KCNA) -- The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Branch of the Korean Friendship Association on July 8 released a joint statement on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung.
The statement said:
The President was a genius of revolution who founded the Juche idea, the guiding idea of the era of independence.
He smashed modern revisionism and opportunism and preserved the purity of the socialist idea.
He was an invincible and iron-willed commander who defeated the two imperialist powers, the U.S. and Japan, in one generation.
He set forth a Juche-based theory on a revolutionary war and built best Korean-style socialism and a paradise for the people free from exploitation and oppression on the land of morning calm.
He laid down a correct line for Korea's independent reunification and the south Korean revolution and made tireless efforts for Korea's reunification.
He was also the great leader of the world revolution who led the struggle with imperialism and the U.S. in the present times and conducted energetic activities to achieve the unity of the world socialist movement.
The revolutionary cause of Juche is now being carried forward by General Secretary Kim Jong Il and the DPRK is dynamically advancing along the road of Juche.
The feats of the President will be immortal.
