Exploits Performed by Kim Il Sung Praised
Pyongyang, July 11 (KCNA) -- Khaleq Zaman Bhuiyan, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Socialist Party of Bangladesh, issued a statement on July 4 on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung.
He said in the statement that the Korean people and other revolutionary people of the world recollect with deep emotion the undying exploits performed by Kim Il Sung for the human cause of independence, commemorating this anniversary July 8.
Kim Il Sung was an invincible and iron-willed commander who founded the immortal Juche idea, which occupies the most brilliant page in the history of human thought, after embarking on the road of the revolutionary struggle in his teens and defeated the U.S. and Japanese imperialists, the two formidable enemies, he said, adding:
He was the founding-father of socialist Korea, benevolent teacher of the people and peerlessly great man who devoted all his life to the independent and peaceful reunification of the country and a victorious advance in the struggle to accomplish the cause of socialism and the human cause of independence.
General Secretary Kim Jong Il accomplished the cause of perpetuating the memory of the President and has successfully carried forward the revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered by Kim Il Sung with his unique Songun politics generation after generation.
It is our firm belief that the Korean people will make greater successes in their struggle to achieve the reunification of the country, the behest of the President, and build a thriving nation under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il.
