U.S. and South Korean warmongers announce plan for military exercises
Pyongyang, May 25 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean warmongers on May 23 announced that they would stage large-scale combined battle exercises in the sky above the western area of the Korean Peninsula, the south Korean Yonhap News said.
To be involved in the war maneuvers which will last till May 27 are various type fighters, helicopters, transport planes, AWACS and other huge air force, it reported.
The U.S. air force present in Japan will be deployed in south Korea on May 25.
To be involved in the drills are also a simulation system for assessing arms, the system capable of firing missiles at imaginary core military facilities of the rival side and making a real time confirmation of its success and equipment under the system for mobile drill for air battle.
It is reported that the warmongers finished the tactical discussion and the drafting of the plan to carry out tasks on May 21 and 22.
