Solidarity with Korean People Expressed in Russia
Pyongyang, October 1 (KCNA) -- A meeting was held in Russia on Sept. 19 to condemn the south Korean authorities' anti-reunification moves and support the just cause of the people in the DPRK.
Speeches were made at the meeting.
Kang Igor, chairman of the Anti-Imperialist Association for the Study of the Juche Idea in Saratov of Russia, denounced traitor Lee Myung Bak of south Korea for getting evermore pronounced in the moves against the era of independent reunification while persisting in the submission to the U.S. and the policy of confrontation with the DPRK.
He disclosed that the south Korean authorities totally denied the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration and talked nonsense that it is impossible to realize the unification with the north possessed of nuclear weapons and hard to solve the inter-Korean issues.
The Lee Myung Bak "government" should take into account the bitter lesson of the U.S. which suffered the shameful defeat in its attempt to force the DPRK into "dismantling its nukes first", he urged.
The participants in the meeting strongly protested against the south Korean authorities' moves of confrontation with the DPRK and expressed full support to the just cause of its people.
