British Party Delegation Interviewed


Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- Members of the delegation of the Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist) were interviewed by KCNA on Monday before their departure from here.

General Secretary of the party Zane Carpenter who led the delegation said that the Workers' Party of Korea has demonstrated its might as a strong party commanding undisputed support and trust from the popular masses and as a tested and seasoned revolutionary party, adding that it would be unthinkable without the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The WPK has become a model to be followed by the progressive political parties aspiring after socialism, he noted, stressing that the WPK under the great leader is sure to triumph.

He reiterated his will to boost the friendly relations with the WPK and intensify the movement for the U.S. forces' pullback from south Korea and the reunification of Korea.

Ranjeet Brar, member of the Central Committee of the party who visited the DPRK as member of the delegation, said that the WPK could always emerge victorious thanks to the leadership of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

Blanch Carpenter, member of the Central Committee of the party who also visited the DPRK as member of its delegation, said that the Korean people are a heroic people as they are displaying their indomitable mental power, firmly believing and following their leader and party. He renewed his positive efforts to learn from the experience of the WPK and apply it to the party activities.
