Celso Minguez Command marks NPA's 42nd Anniversary
with free medical services*
The Celso Minguez Command's medical officers provided free medical services to the masses who needed it most. Entitled "Sa Kagalingan ng Masa", it was CMC's way of celebrating the New People Army's 42nd anniversary.
