Oppose the fraudulent PAMANA program!
Oppose the Oplan Bayanihan of the US-Aquino Regime!
The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process are hastingly implimenting today in the province of Sorsogon a new program in counterinsurgency known as Payapa and Masagandang Pamayanan or PAMANA. The OAPP hoped that it be initiated immediately the program in the province as pilot area as part of a showcase in the State of the Nation Address of President Benigno Aquino III incoming July.
Like the 4Ps program, the PAMANA is a grandiose hoax part of Oplan Bayanihan of the AFP. Consisted of different projects apparently for peacekeeping and progres but obviously its purpose to suppress the growing revolutionary struggle.
The OAPP is now trying to use the local government unit as its executor of the project PAMANA in remote villages of various towns in Sorsogon. Concerned that perhaps the OAPP will unveil its real goal of PAMANA as imperceptible to design a counterinsurgency program.
We are fully confident that the local government will never be used for Counterrevolutionary programs or any other programs unfavorable to their jurisdictions. We knew that Mayor Jimmy Fragata of Juban and other local executives in the province never to sacrifice the people's welfare, also entrusted is the continued confidence of the people in them and the opportunity of good relations with the Revolutionary Movement.
It is justified to oppose and hinder the implementation of PAMANA in the province. The Reovlutionary Movement is determined to fustrate it and to do it wholly for the people not to fall into the Counterrevolutionary trap. We would greatly appreciate if all are enjoined in this goal the local government and all who took interest in the welfare of the people of Sorsogon.
