British Organizations Urge U.S. to Roll Back Its Hostile Policy towards DPRK

Pyongyang, July 6 (KCNA) -- British organizations issued statements on the occasion of the month of international solidarity with the Korean people.

The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy and the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in a joint statement on June 24 condemned the U.S. imperialists for committing monstrous massacres in various parts of Korea after provoking a war of aggression against the DPRK on June 25, 1950.

Accusing the U.S. imperialists present in south Korea of making desperate efforts to provoke the second Korean war in collusion with the Lee Myung Bak puppet group, the statement demanded the U.S. imperialists roll back their hostile policy towards the DPRK.

The Staffordshire, Britain, Branch of the Korean Friendship Association said in a statement on June 28 that the Korean people have suffered from the national division caused by outside forces for more than six decades.

The tragedy of the division of Korea is being perpetuated by the U.S. and the south Korean rulers, noted the statement.

All the progressive forces and the anti-imperialist peace activists should know well that the U.S. is the arch criminal escalating the tension on the Korean Peninsula and should not be taken in by the same lies as were used to start the Iraqi war, concluded the statement.
